assemblies used in construction projects with our third party listed product. Documented and proven to go up to 1 hour on wood, 2 hours on gypsum and 2 hours on steel. 

FlameOFF® FR Clear is a clear fire retardant coating for wood and fabric materials. This water based transparent product allows substrates to maintain their original colors, appearance, and durability. FR Clear is certified to NFPA 701 flammability fire rating, ASTM E84/UL 723 Class A flame spread and smoke development rating, UL Classified. 

Tested by our 3rd party laboratory that is accredited by the International Accreditation Services (IAS) and the Standards Council of Canada (SCC).
