Flare Construction, Inc. is a licensed, insured and bonded general contractor. Flare has been in business since 1976 and it was at this time Flare started working in the overthrust belt of Wyoming. Flare built many of the oilfield facilities in the Evanston, Wyoming area. This work included site work, high‐pressure pipelines, flow lines, pipe racks, gas separators, lube oil recovery systems and other related work. Our role in the energy industry evolved from that point forward. The facilities that we helped construct in the 70’s, we still currently operate and maintain for Merit Energy . In the mid‐80’s Flare expanded the company to include heavy/civil and remediation work. We have enjoyed success in these divisions for over 20 years. The heavy/civil and remediation divisions are growing rapidly and we are excited for its possibilities.
