Fleming Fund Services (FFS) is a registered Certified Public Accountant firm in the state of Maryland and Virginia, formed in 1999 by Russell Fleming. His vision and our goal is to provide high quality comprehensive accounting, administration, and advisory services in the alternative investment field.
