Our founders had a vision when they opened the original Fleming’s restaurant in Newport Beach, California more than 20 years ago—to create a steakhouse that breaks the stereotype. One that delivered an unparalleled steak and wine experience, in a more modern and welcoming setting. As we’ve grown into more than 60 locations, we’ve stayed true to our founders’ forward-thinking vision by blurring the lines between a high-end traditional steakhouse experience and offering elevated, contemporary cuisine.
