Florentino is a manufacturer of Artisan Ice Cream, Gelato and Sorbets. By using the finest quality all natural ingredients, customized mixing methods and technical expertise developed over years of study and experimentation, Florentino has captured the essence of a superior quality ice cream. 

With three highly trained and successful pastry chefs on staff we are able to work with our fellow chefs to blend custom flavors and meet the demands of an ever changing culinary field.

The undiluted quality of our Purees and Sauces stand above the rest representing nothing but pure fresh fruit. 

In support of our local economy we source as much product from California as possible. We solely use California Dairy giving us the freshest quality milk and cream for our products. We hand pack all of our products in order to maintain the quality standards that Florentino is known for.
