Florida Certified Organic Growers and Consumers Inc. (FOG) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation established in 1987. FOG operates two programs: Quality Certification Services and Education & Outreach. FOG is USDA accredited to certify farms as organic under its certification program, Quality Certification Services (QCS). QCS is a USDA ISO Guide 65 accredited program that offers USDA National Organic Program, Canadian, Japanese and European Union accredited certification. QCS also offers Social Justice, Aquaculture and Vegan certification options. QCS certifies farming, wildcrafting, livestock, processing, packing and handling entities large and small in more than 30 states and 14 countries. Florida Organic Growers' Education and Outreach Program is the face of FOG to producers, consumers and policy makers. Tasked with sharing the organization's expertise, Education and Outreach regularly conducts workshops and classes about topics through out the organics industry.
