Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC) is a statewide network based in Miami, Florida, that unites more than 80 member organizations and over 100 allied groups. Founded in 1998 and incorporated in 2004, it is guided by a coalition of grassroots groups, farmworkers, youth, advocates, lawyers, unions, and other partners, functioning as a hub for a multiracial, intergenerational movement focused on immigrant fairness. With staff across five counties and members throughout Florida, FLIC aims to deepen local leadership, expand statewide reach, and align with national advocacy efforts. Its mission is to strengthen pro-immigrant power in Florida by growing the connection, capacity, and consciousness of communities. Its vision is to make Florida a true home for immigrants and all residents. In November 2022, FLIC launched the 'Choose Welcome' campaign to advance its advocacy work.
