FlowMetric Diagnostics, Inc., an affiliate company to FlowMetric Inc., has been formed for the express purpose of developing advanced companion diagnostics from its flow cytometry platform.
Our mission is to translate flow cytometry out of the hospitals and clinics and into the field as a Point-of-Care diagnostic tool that can provide viable and simple solutions for unmet global medical needs.

Currently, flow cytometry has broad applications in R&D, as well as drug-design. The sensitivity and analytical capabilities of the modern flow cytometry systems, combined with FlowMetric Diagnostics proprietary methods, will play a central role in its development of novel and innovative diagnostics with superior sensitivities and diagnostic value compared with current point-of-care diagnostics.

FlowMetric Diagnostics represents the natural progression of the FlowMetric business into the clinical marketplace, and recognizes the need for additional diagnostics. To this end, FlowMetric Diagnostics plans to establish a state-of-the-art, FDA-compliant clinical flow cytometry laboratory, in which to perform CLIA-certified diagnostic tests from both the company’s own assay portfolio, as well as those of partnering diagnostic companies.
