The company’s FLS112 mass flow sensor – the world’s smallest flow sensor – has a footprint of just 3.5 x 3.5 mm and offers outstanding reliability, performance and scalability. Flusso emerged from Cambridge University in 2016 to commercialise its innovative sensor technology, and it was acquired in 2022 by a global PE fund and major MEMS semiconductor company.
