FlyBy is a mid-sized airline pilot training academy based in Castilla y León, Spain, with more than a decade of experience developing professional pilots from beginners toward airline readiness. Its Integrated ATPL program targets individuals with little or no previous flying experience and provides a structured 14-month pathway to becoming airline-ready. FlyBy has also run cadet programs that guarantee a year-long job as a flight instructor after completion, reflecting a career-supportive approach. In April 2024, FlyBy announced a partnership with Tecnam, becoming the launch customer for the P2006T NG aircraft.
