FocusNYC is the collective of two companies: Focus Integrated Fitness and The Focus Personal Training Institute. 

Focus Integrated Fitness is a New York City-based private personal training company whose specialty is in-home personal training. We create and implement individualized fitness programs designed to achieve our clients' fitness objectives safely and efficiently. Personal training sessions can be held in the privacy of client's home, building's fitness center or at our state-of-the-art training facility in the Chelsea/Flatiron area of Manhattan

The Focus Personal Training Institute ( FPTI) provides adults seeking to become professional fitness trainers with the needed knowledge, skills and abilities to safely and effectively work with active and sedentary individuals in a variety of settings. These will include but are not limited to, commercial fitness facilities, residential building gyms, private residences and the outdoors.
