Fogle Keller Walker, PLLC is heir to a rich legal tradition. The origins of our Firm can be traced back to Gordon & Gordon, a law firm in Madisonville, Kentucky, started shortly after WWII by Major Maurice Gordon.  Throughout the years, that firm evolved as new partners came and went, eventually becoming Mills, Mitchell & Turner.
 
Our founding member, James G. Fogle, arrived in 1982,  and helped expand the firm’s workers' compensation insurance client base and established branch offices in Louisville and Lexington. In 1988, following the death of the senior partner, Maubert Mills, our predecessor firm dissolved into three firms, which marked the inception of Ferreri & Fogle, PLLC.   Sherri L. Keller joined the law firm in 1992, and Timothy J. Walker joined the law firm in 2001, resulting in the firm's current status of Fogle Keller Walker, PLLC. and the further expansion of client services into the areas of employment law, general civil litigation and insurance defense.   In addition to these areas, our Federal Black Lung division has flourished under the leadership of long time partner, H. Brett Stonecipher, who joined the law firm in 1993.  
 
The firm has subsequently opened offices in Florence, London and Bowling Green to better serve clients in northern, southern and western Kentucky, and an office in Charleston, West Virginia to expand our services to clients in that state.  In addition to Kentucky and West Virginia, the firm offers insurance defense representation in Tennessee under current leadership from our newest Partner, Anthony B. Gray.  
 
Fogle Keller Walker PLLC continues a tradition of distinction in client advocacy and defense. We have earned a rating of “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell since 1988, signifying top marks in the criteria for highest skill level as well as consistent ethical practice confirmed by our peers. In addition, our firm’s reputation and commitment to business and industry allows us to be recommended as one of A.M. Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. We are also active members of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
