Food Tech specializes in the planning, engineering, and construction of food/beverage process plants and cold storage distribution centers. Our preferred project implementation approach is design-build, which offers a single-source of responsibility from preplanning and project kick-off all the way through commissioning and start-up.  

We perform all engineering disciplines in house, including process, packaging, material handling, civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and refrigeration. Single-source, total-responsibility project implementation allows us to deliver a number of benefits, such as fast-track completion, all required permitting and bidding documentation, detailed engineering plans/specs, 100-percent competitive bidding of all trades at the subcontractor/supplier level, a transparent and open book accounting process, and much more. 

Our construction team has decades of food facility experience behind them. A company principal with a minimum of 20 years of food industry experience is assigned to each project to help ensure the proper application of our unique expertise.
