Forbes Bros, incorporated in 1977, has grown to become one of North America’s largest privately-held utility construction contractors. Forbes Bros has expanded from its original base of operations in the province of Saskatchewan across North America. Over that period Forbes Bros has grown geographically as well as through acquisition. Forbes Bros has acquired four powerline construction companies; RS Line Contr. Co in 1997, Interlake Powerline in 2014, Timberline Construction in 2017, and Titan Electric Inc in 2018. Forbes Bros has also diversified its operations with several acquisitions over the last several years; Summit Telecom and HPS Hydrovac Services in 2016 and Bullet Boring in 2017. Forbes Bros currently has its head office in Edmonton, Alberta with Canadian corporate offices located in Prince Albert (SK), Winnipeg (MB) and Toronto (ON). Our US operations have offices Rapid City (SD), Williston (ND), Casper (WY), Seattle (WA), Salt Lake City (UT), and Salem (UT).
