It was founded on September 4, 1984, to give form to our founder Dr. Ravi Mehrotra's vision. The earliest expansion into a new business line materialised Dr. Mehrotra’s exposure to oil trading. It formed the foundation of his expertise in the energy industry and lead to the company buying its first jack-up rig in 1989.
