We at Foresight Surveying are happy to have this opportunity to introduce ourselves. Foresight Surveying is a Land Surveying Company located in South Carolina's beautiful Lowcountry. 

The company was founded in 2007 by Clifton Clements and began actively pursuing projects in 2009.  Foresight Surveying, LLC began as a one-man operation in a home based office with a focus on personal service.   Foresight Surveying has steadily grown over the years and is now running six survey crews with the support of three Professional Land Surveyors, as well as survey technicians and administrative back up. 

We at Foresight Surveying sincerely appreciate all our clients, and treat each client as if they were our only client.  We believe in keeping our clients’ needs foremost, maintaining honesty and integrity throughout a project and take pride in offering a quality service.
