Forge was created by a partnership among Brookwood Baptist Health, Grandview Medical Center, Ascension St. Vincent's, UAB Medicine and the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham. We provide a variety of resources and support, including help with transportation to medical appointments, nutrition assistance, free mental health counseling, support groups, lifestyle and health education classes, financial counseling, and help with any obstacle that stands in the way of healing.
