Form I-9 Compliance, LLC (Fi9) provides enterprise level Form I-9 Auditing, web based electronic I-9 applications, full integration with the Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify program and expert advisement on corporate compliance with employment eligibility and immigration laws.  We were the first employer agent with DHS and we currently server over 1,000 employers across the U.S.

We provide the tools and expertise that employers need in order to comply with ever increasing state and federal regulations.  E-Verify is already mandatory for Federal Contractors and employers in certain states, and it is our belief that it will soon be required by all employers in the U.S. in the not too distant future.  Our user-friendly integration allows employers to E-Verify employees with one click of a button.

These prevetative measures massively reduce potential fines, public relations and staffing issues related to sudden ICE audits.
