The Forrest Firm is a full-service corporate law firm and certified B Corporation with offices across North Carolina. Our mission is to provide corporate legal services that consistently exceed client expectations, create healthy, sustainable work environments for our professionals, and positively impact the community.

Since our inception in 2011, we have assisted over 1,600 clients with their corporate legal needs. Our growth can generally be attributed to treating clients the way that we would want to be treated ourselves. We provide qualitatively excellent legal services while ensuring that we are also responsive, accessible, and predictable as possible when it comes to pricing.

Although we still bill by the hour for some projects, we acknowledge that a pricing model where our inefficiency is rewarded financially is problematic. Therefore, we are committed to addressing that tension head on and communicating with our clients regularly about anticipated spend. Our commitment to client service has led to significant growth for our firm (over 40 people across the state), and as we grow, we want to ensure we are creating healthy and sustainable environments for our professionals and positively impacting the community.
