Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries (FVRL) is the fifth-largest library district in the state of Washington, serving 4,200 square miles in the southwest corner of the state. Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, the district was established in 1950 as the first inter-county rural library district in the state, the district’s communities are served through 15 library locations and two bookmobiles with shared access to:
