Small Scale OEM Fortin Electric is a small engineering and manufacturing outfit with 2-10 employees operating in Electrical and Electronics manufacturing, presenting a potential upsell opportunity for scalable outsourcing, equipment upgrades, and larger volume contracts as they grow.

Mid-Market Fit With annual revenue in the 10M-25M range and a focused footprint, Fortin Electric sits between small shops and larger integrators, suggesting opportunities for design optimization services, extended warranty programs, and service contracts that align with mid-market project scopes.

Tech Stack Readiness Current technology stack includes WordPress, MySQL, Apache/Nginx, and security elements, indicating openness to IT-enabled services such as cloud-based data logging for devices, firmware update management, and secure remote monitoring.

Regional Growth Based in Lakeland, Florida, there is potential to target nearby commercial/industrial developers and electrical contractors in Florida for turnkey electrical/electronic manufacturing partnerships and regional supply arrangements.

Competitive Positioning Comparables show Fortin Electric as smaller than national players but within a similar category of mid-sized firms; sales plays could emphasize flexible collaboration models, rapid prototyping, and responsive on-site support to win projects where larger competitors are slower.
