Forum Capital Partners LLC is a real estate investment management firm that was founded in 2006. Forum is the operating partner for a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments with a current value in excess of $100 million. 

The portfolio currently under management includes real estate debt and equity investments in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.  Assets under management include 40 discrete investments that include 500 multifamily units, 250,000sf of commercial assets and 240 acres of development parcels as well a commercial mortgage loan portfolio. The equity investments are asset managed from the home office with local on-site staff handling day-to-day property management functions.

FCP targets transactions in the $5 million to $25 million range and acts as the operating partner for each asset it acquires. We invest our own capital in every deal and raise outside equity investments from high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional partners. FCP customizes the capitalization of each transaction thereby providing investors with the ability to select deals based on desired asset types, risk profiles and return characteristics.

Forum’s investment management experience includes debt and equity assets ranging from multi-family, office, warehouse, self-storage, mixed-use, parking, luxury home construction, hospitality and service stations. Forum has experience with investments through the planning, entitlement, ground-up construction, lease-up, stabilization and sale as well as turnarounds and restructurings.
