Foster Love, based in Brea, California, is a mid-sized nonprofit organized as a registered 501(c)(3) and formerly known as Together We Rise. The organization brings together motivated young adults and former foster youth to improve the lives of children in foster care across the United States, partnering with community groups to connect foster youth with resources. It uses service-learning and team-building activities to educate corporate and individual volunteers about issues surrounding the foster care system. Foster Love collaborates with hundreds of foster agencies, social workers, CASA advocates, and other partners to deliver programs to foster youth nationwide. The organization has provided thousands of youths with items such as bicycles, college supplies, and suitcases to help them avoid traveling between homes with bags. In January 2026, Foster Love announced a partnership with MLB Together via MLB Network to support underrepresented youth.
