Foundation Aesthetic Hair Restoration is a private practice based in Miami, founded by J. Epstein, MD, FACS—a triple board-certified facial plastic and hair restoration surgeon who has been practicing since 1994. The practice is also home to Dr. Anthony Bared, who specializes exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery from the neck on up.

Widely recognized as leaders in their field, Drs. Epstein and Bared have taught countless physicians and treated patients from all 50 states and over 80 countries. Nearly all procedures are performed onsite in the practice’s state-of-the-art operating suites.

Dr. J. Epstein is also the visionary behind the Foundation Aesthetic Hair Restoration Method. The Foundation method isn’t just a technique—it’s a philosophy of care. Developed and refined by Dr. J.
