Four Points, LLC (“Four Points” aka West Group Development Company) is a full service real estate development and investment company based in Washington, DC building on more than a 50 year legacy of real estate and investing experience in the Washington region and across the country.

The Four Points Team is currently managing a portfolio of 2.6 Million square feet of mixed-use development rights, approx. 25% of which is either recently completed or under construction.

Four Points’ affiliate, West Group, LLC (“West Group”), has formed its second real estate Fund, called W-G Capital in partnership with the Greencourt Group, targeting up to $1 Billion of equity capital which it will deploy in the mid-Atlantic region with a special focus on properties in the Washington as well as New York, Boston, and other major cities, especially those that are transit oriented, medical center, or university related.
