Foxwall Emergency Medical Service is a nonprofit ambulance provider serving the Fox Chapel and Aspinwal l communities in north Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, with its base in the Pittsburgh area. Founded in 1978, the agency started operations in 1979 with a volunteer crew and a loaned ambulance, a response to a local tragedy that underscored the need for EMS coverage in the area. The service also extended to Blawnox from 1988 until 2015. The organization operates three advanced life support ambulances and an ALS response vehicle to deliver emergency medical care within its jurisdiction. Its base was relocated in 2007 to Hemlock Hollow Road to make room for the Cooper-Siegel Community Library, after previously operating from a facility beneath the Fox Chapel police station. In recent years, Foxwall has conducted annual subscription drives to support its operations, with drives announced in 2022 and 2024.
