Frank and Frank, PLLC is a boutique law firm with a business practice that covers bankruptcy, insolvency, and business litigation, including appeals.  In addition, we provide assistance to individuals with financial issues without resorting to bankruptcy.  We have a great deal of expertise in secured transactions, loans and mortgages.

For over 46 years we have represented businesses and individual clients in all federal courts, including bankruptcy courts, all state courts and in arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.  

We believe that our job as lawyers is to try to avoid costly litigation or bankruptcy if at all possible, but to be strong advocates on behalf of our clients if court cannot be avoided.  The firm was founded upon the philosophy of practicing law on a more personalized basis which is generally absent in the large firm setting.  Our philosophy dictates that, to the extent possible, the fees incurred by our clients be reasonably in line with the benefit they receive from our services.  We concern ourselves not only with the immediate problem facing each client, but also the client’s future.
