Practice:  The firm provides estate planning representation for clients with modest to large estates, domestic and international.  A core strength is assisting in mitigating the impact of Federal and state wealth transfer taxes -- i.e., gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.  In addition, the Firm has a large practice that assists individual and professional fiduciaries and families in the post-death estate settlement process.  We also advise professional fiduciaries on fiduciary law matters.
