Frasers Property Australia is a diversified real estate group and the Australian arm of Frasers Property Limited. Founded in 1924, it develops residential land, housing, and apartments and has delivered more than 145,000 homes, while also pursuing build-to-rent, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. 
It owns investment property and provides property and asset management services. Its sustainability approach includes Green Star–certified spaces and a Science-Based Targets initiative-aligned carbon-reduction program, along with Real Utilities, a licensed energy retailer operating within some communities. Based in Rhodes, New South Wales, it employs over 500 people nationwide, and in 2026 it collaborated with the Queensland Government on a Build-to-Rent project in Brisbane.
