THE TEAM We leave our egos at the door and bring you over 60 years of beauty industry experience, working behind the scenes developing products for some of the world’s most notable brands. After years of working in the beauty industry and seeing how the industry operates solely to turn a profit, each team member felt driven to challenge that standard, and build a company that would focus on the performance of the products above all else.
