The French Cheese Board was a marketing tool financed by the French Dairy Board to raise awareness of French cheeses & butters in the U.S. It hosted a number of influencer & media events to broadcast its messages of taste, conviviality and accessibility. Art & photography shows, AR/VR displays and Metaverse expo showed dairy in a modern approachable light in tune with a savvy consumer. Retail, a demo kitchen and educational classes & tastings rounded out the proposal. It was the first flagship and experiential marketing venue of its type, it evolved from a series of roadshows and pop-up stores on a [U.S.] national level. It had three locations in Manhattan, the last one in Nolita.
