Frends Beauty Supply was founded in 1940 by the original owner Sig Frends. Sig was a pioneer in the cosmetic industry. He recognized the fact that Hollywood had a high demand for film quality make up, hair, and special FX make up. Frends’ goal then, as it remains today, is to supply the entertainment industry with a wide range of high quality products, giving make up and hair stylists all the necessary tools to complete any job. Today, the store is stocked with over 24,000 different products ranging from wig making supplies to special FX make up to skin care and everything in between. It really is the only true in house “one stop shop” for professional make up artists and hair stylists. Frends staff is dedicated to making the lives of their customers more convenient.
