Fresh Express LLC was founded in 1993 in the Gulf region by Costas Vouyoukas and his two sons, initially focusing on seafood distribution. Today the company is recognized as a leading distributor of luxury foods in the Gulf, emphasizing internationally acclaimed brands and premium foods and non-alcoholic beverages. Headquartered in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, the business serves hotels, restaurants, private palaces, supermarkets, airline lounges and coffee shop chains. A diverse team from multiple nationalities supports its operations, extending the Vouyoukas family tradition. Recently the firm opened its own production unit to supply catering solutions for professionals and consumer-ready products for supermarkets, including ready-to-use sauces, dressings, soups, stocks and ready-to-bake seafood, meat and poultry items.
