We are a full service Commercial General Contractor serving the Central Florida area.  With our corporate headquarters located in Orlando and an office in Tampa, we are able to provide quality construction, budget driven to our many clients’ building needs.  In 1997, founders Brad Watkins and Jeff Friedrich teamed up and combined their 40 years of construction experience to form the Friedrich Watkins Company.
