FRIMESA is a Brazilian food and beverage producer organized as a large cooperative network that integrates agricultural output with meat processing. It was founded to promote agroindustrialization and to help producers remain in the field through diversified production, beginning with joint sales of beans, soy, and corn and expanding to meat within the same supply chain. The cooperative emerged in the southwest region of Paraná through the joining of thousands of farmers from several founding cooperatives, a collaboration later expanded to include additional regional partners. It is based in Medianeira, Paraná, and operates within the food and beverage manufacturing industry, connecting farming activity to downstream processing and market distribution. In 2026, FRIMESA announced expansion of its slaughterhouse facilities as part of ongoing investments in its core processing plant. In 2022, the company partnered with Swiss packaging supplier SIG to introduce combistyle carton packaging, illustrating its move toward advanced packaging solutions.
