Founded in the kitchen of Steve Poses, acclaimed restaurant Frog, Frog Commissary is a privately held, family-run company and a cornerstone of the Philadelphia region culinary life. Under the direction of Poses and Christina Sterner, the firm employs over 150 people and operates out of The Franklin Institute, one of the most distinguished museums in the world. Frog Commissary also provides premium food experiences at several restaurants for the museum-goers at The Franklin Institute.
