Founded in 1994 by James Frost and Guy Chaddock, Frost/Chaddock Developers, LLC is a Sherman Oaks-based developer, general contractor, and property manager of residential, retail and mixed-use properties, primarily in Los Angeles.  Over the course of its operating history, Frost/Chaddock has built, repositioned, leased, managed, and re-sold everything from entry-level housing to multi-million-dollar luxury mixed-use complexes, having acquired or developed more than 160 properties valued in excess of $250 million.
