Our founder and CEO, Kwame J. Granderson is the managing partner of MHC Capital, LLC, and we are responsible for managing and developing its portfolio that consists of 24 mobile home communities with 3,500+ sites spread across Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania. We are a full-service property management company within the Granderson Holdings umbrella of companies.
