The Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA) is a two-year program dedicated to equipping men and women for Christian service in their respective churches and communities. Guided by the authority of the Scriptures, the program seeks to: foster continued growth toward the spiritual maturity of students by encouraging fellowship with God and fellow believers; equip students in the realization and practical application of Biblical truths according to the Scriptures by the revelation of the Holy Spirit; and cultivate each student’s spiritual capacity in interpersonal relationships, evangelism, and church-planting in diverse cultural settings.

FTTA offers a non-degree certificate of graduation in Biblical Truth and Church Service Studies. The goals of this program may be summarized in four words: truth, life, gospel, and service. This means that FTTA provides a comprehensive theological education that will help any Christian believer cultivate: a serious consideration of the essential Biblical doctrines of the Christian faith (truth); the development of communal and personal spiritual growth in the divine life of God (life); training and experience that promote a practical Christian life of evangelism and ministry (gospel); and the carrying out of practical tasks and needs in local churches (service).

At the conclusion of the program, many graduates pursue advanced degrees at leading graduate schools and obtain successful positions in government, business, and academia. At the same time, many are committed to pursuing a healthy spiritual life and are actively involved in their respective churches.

FTTA has produced over 3,500 graduates who continue to serve their churches and communities in fruitful ministry in many countries. In addition, 17 affiliated training centers with similar goals and programs of study have been established in places such as Mexico City, London, Tokyo, and Moscow.
