Fundamentals Academy is the premier sports school in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. We specialize in coaching the fundamentals of sports, including tennis, baseball, soccer, football and lacrosse. We provide facilities, tools, and high-level training to build young athletes of all age groups through both group and individual training sessions.  Our system tailors an approach to the athlete: building physical conditioning and mental focus by mastering the fundamental skills needed to get to the next level.

We also serve the youngest age groups, recognizing that the most effective way to build strong athletes is to build motor capacity and a love for physical activity at a young age through FUN activities.
