Defense OEM FXC is a privately held, small US defense and space manufacturing firm with ISO 9001 certification and a dedicated 45,000 square foot facility in Costa Mesa. This positions them as a potentially reliable supplier for integrated life support devices, parachute systems, and aerial delivery solutions to US DoD and international military customers.

Guardian Parachute The Guardian Parachute division specializes in rugged personnel parachute systems and rate of descent sensing automatic parachute release. This opens opportunities in mission-critical gear for military, aviation, and potentially civilian safety applications where certified, reliable egress and life-support systems are required.

Global Licensing FXC maintains licensing and representation agreements across Europe, Asia, Central America, Mexico, and South America, suggesting potential for channel partnerships, regional distributors, and co-development projects to accelerate market entry and expansion of life support and aerial delivery products.

Sustain & Compliance ISO 9001 certification and established quality management processes indicate strong compliance and reliability credentials. This can be leveraged in proposals to defense primes and international customers seeking certified manufacturers for high-assurance life-support equipment and aerospace components.

Growth Signals With a revenue range of one to ten million and a focused niche in protective equipment and aerial delivery systems, FXC appears scalable through contract manufacturing, upgrade programs, and after-market support; potential sales plays include long-term sustainment contracts, training, and lifecycle services for DoD and allied customers.
