G. Swanson Construction opened in 1975, and has built a reputation as a high quality construction provider. We have been a Union company since inception and have provided services in the greater Bay Area, Los Angeles and Nevada. We specialize in banking center construction, renovations, commercial tenant improvements and are proficient in new construction projects. We are proud to announce that we have never been in litigation or arbitration with a client, subcontractor, or supplier. We are WBE and LEED Certified.
Our project teams has extensive experience in design / build construction, site surveying, and defining scopes of work and budgetary pricing. We excel at bringing all of our projects in on schedule and within budget, including fast track projects.
