After a successful career in project management for Coca-Cola, Gerry Guenther was eager for a change. 
In 2000, he focused his skills and passion for thoughtful real estate development to form G3 Development. In 2017, Gerry’s two sons Austin and Jake joined the G3 team, expanding the company’s operations team while maintaining its focus on and commitment to family.
