Prior to founding the predecessor to this firm in 1990, Bob Gage was a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, an associate at Davis Polk and Wardwell and a law clerk on Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Other GSF partners gained experience at Zuckerman Spaeder, a major financial services firm and a Big Four accounting firm. 

We have successfully tried and litigated disputes involving securities, commodities, FCPA, IEEPA, media and intellectual property, health care, energy, mergers and acquisitions and corporate employment matters. 

Gage Spencer & Fleming has also developed significant expertise in conducting efficient internal investigations for small, mid-cap and non-profit organizations and in resolving any issues that may arise with state and federal regulatory agencies during such inquiries.
