Gaskets, Inc. is a major supplier, and custom manufacturer of high and cold temperature, textile based products. Supported by over 50 years of expertise we will custom design a multitude of knitted and braided, coated and uncoated, products for you specific needs. 

Gaskets is the premiere supplier, worldwide, of high and cold temperature seal gaskets, also known as, tadpoles, for residential, commercial and industrial markets (furnaces, ovens, dryers, boilers). 

In addition to creating high quality tadpoles, Gaskets produces unique custom Expansion Joints for its customers. The Expansion Joints are used in duct systems to compensate for thermal movements, vibration, and shock. These joints can withstand temperatures up to 1000 degrees F or 538 degrees C.   

KAREWEAR® is the Safety Apparel Division of Gaskets, Inc. 

KAREWEAR® focuses on the design and manufacturing of clothing and accessories made to protect workers from exposure to high or low temperatures and sharp hazards. KAREWEAR® has developed an innovative apron that is fire-resistant, ergonomic, and able to breakaway. The exclusive breakaway safety straps prevent the wearer from being pulled in to harm’s way or becoming tangled in machinery or moving parts. 

KAREWEAR® also produces hard had winter liners. All of our outer shells are made with durable (washable) flame retardant materials.  KAREWEAR® also produces welding jackets with a Cane Mesh Back that will keep you cool while on the job and an assortment of aluminized safety apparel. 

Gaskets, Inc., was founded in 1961. We own and operate a modern 21,000+ square foot plant in Rio, WI, just outside Madison, WI and have a loyal workforce of over 12 employees. Our mission is to provide both outstanding product quality and delivery.

Everything we manufacture is cut and sewn in house and is 100% Made-in-America.
