Grand + Benedicts Construction (GBC) was founded early 2012 beginning with the renovation and addition of our company’s 32,453 square foot corporate headquarters. GBC is a commercial general contractor with a team of experienced project managers, superintendents, and carpenters that share a passion for building, problem solving, and team work.  ALL of GBC’s estimators, project managers, and superintendents spent their early years in the industry as carpenters. We believe this makes our team stronger and more effective. GBC takes pride in collaboratively working with owners and design teams in developing a design that meets the programming needs, aesthetic goals, cost control, and quality construction.  This is accomplished by using our teams' extensive field experience and knowledge of means and methods to help guide the design team in ensuring the objectives are met with the most cost effective/timely details and processes.
