The company began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, later adding GMC in 1991 and relocating to Liberty Lake in 2000. Under President and CEO Ryan Gee since 2003, the group expanded to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia operations in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene.
