Small Firm Edge Geise Architects is a very small firm with 2-10 employees and sub-$1M revenue, indicating an opportunity to position enterprise-grade services at a startup-friendly price point, with scalable offerings and flexible engagement models.

Local Seattle Focus Located in Seattle with a recognizable local address, there is potential to target municipal, residential, and commercial architecture opportunities in the Pacific Northwest, emphasizing regional expertise and place-based design.

Tech Stack Gaps Current tech uses include cPanel and older tools like Adobe Flash; opportunities exist to modernize workflows with cloud-based BIM collaboration, project management, and security enhancements to support larger projects.

Growth Enablement With established firms as peers and a wide revenue disparity in the sector, Geise Architects could benefit from services that streamline project delivery, bid management, and marketing to win larger commissions and scale up headcount.

Strategic Partnerships As a small practice, forming alliances with mid- to large-size firms (e.g., mid-tier AEC firms) or regional contractors could unlock collaboration on multi-disciplinary projects, providing a path to increased project scope and revenue.
