Genet Property Group, Inc. is a mid-sized real estate firm based in Tamarac, Florida, focused on leasing and managing non-residential properties. The company traces its origins to Ben Genet, who began acquiring and developing commercial assets in 1988, with Genet Property Group founded in 2001 to supervise a growing portfolio. It pursues a personal, hands-on leasing approach aimed at improving tenants’ experience and adapting spaces to changing needs, supported by long-standing relationships with tenants and local brokers.

The in-house team handles property needs with a focus on timely service, while the company collaborates with the brokerage community to identify suitable spaces and refers potential tenants to alternative locations when a fit isn’t ideal. In early 2020, Genet Property Group joined with Biscayne Atlantic in a joint venture to acquire the Tri-County Business Park, a 492,235-square-foot office complex in Tampa, reflecting activity in asset acquisition alongside management.
