George Fox University is a private Christian higher education institution based in Newberg, Oregon. The university serves a diverse student body with undergraduate and graduate programs and emphasizes rigorous academics alongside spiritual development within a supportive campus community. It offers more than 40 bachelor's degree programs, adult degree options, six seminary degrees, and 12 master's and doctoral programs, and is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The university serves over 3,700 students across its residential campus in Newberg and at its centers in Portland and Salem and other teaching sites in Oregon. In May 2026 it announced a leadership transition, with incumbent president Nicholas J. Willis set to leave on July 1, 2026, to become president of Roberts Wesleyan University.
